You can create your cover letters individually as a text or HTML template as well as a Word document. You can also use predefined templates, making emails more personal and visually attractive. Intelligent distribution and selection tools perform the compiling of mailing lists across all data bases. Regulations by law for the dispatch of emails, faxes and text messages can be displayed easily and ensure legal certainty. The excel export function makes it possible to pass your individual mailing lists on to your service provider, e.g. a letter shop - or you print the serial letters according to a cost-effective way of dispatch, e.g. sorting by zip code.
