As an IBM Premier Business Partner VEDA is also a competent partner for IBM Power Systems. Currently, the company employs 140 employees at the locations Alsdorf, Offenburg (Germany) and Effretikon (Switzerland).

27 VEDA employees work as consultants, trainer and account managers. The further employees of the company are active in the areas of software programming, service and administration.

Enlarged market segment for VEDA makes a professional software based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) necessary

Important requirements are:

easy administration of contracts, of all types, esp. maintenance contracts and tickets

all activities on a customer and a project must be collected

the whole application is modular based

the invoicing for project activities can be done directly out of the solution

 

Results

Working with "GEDYS IntraWare 7" and all its modules for more than a year has shown:

the transparency of all customer and partner activities has been much increased and in some cases has only now been made possible

for the first time now employees from field, service and support have a complete view of all information of one contact, thus they can work on more incidents within the same time frame

the effort of work and the quality of the results in maintenance projects has been improved by the automation of the processes
