Lotus Notes already exists as an infrastructure, therefore search for a Lotus Notes based CRM

The CRM system has to be easily and intuitively operable and highly functional at the same time

Sales monitoring and the easy and fast distribution of customer information are necessary

Individual provision of data per field manager

Own enterprise resource planning system (own development) has to be connected to a standard CRM solution

Ability to run Lotus Notes, ERP and CRM system on one server has to be assured

Results

Implementation of the GI7 Contacts database for a central address storage and management
