As an independent consulting and design company, BRO is an expert in the territorial development of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Since 1962 they work as a design consultancy for the territorial organization of these countries that have limited space.

In cooperation with the government, companies and single persons BRO creates spaces to live and work in -  for now and for future generations. Living and working environments you feel at home.

The main aspects of their work are:

-Interaction and relation of environmental possibilities, design and planning

-Quality and sustainability of the environment and the living quality in urban and rural areas.

BRO has 140 creative and experienced consultants and several offices in the Netherlands and Belgium

 

Automated administration gives more time to focus on the creative work 

 

Challenges

Within the organization of BRO there was a need for  advanced CRM functionalities like a complete client registration, turn over information and market information

Within the new CRM system, the client information must be leading/ must be the starting point

The new CRM system had be connected to the existing project registration system

The mail history of the complete company had to be transferred to the new CRM system

Replace the existing ITF solutions in a time and cost efficient way

 

Results

Implementation of GEDYS IntraWare 7 Contact, Office and Scheduler modules. Requested Client centric  approach  was possible and  is matching the expectations

Connections to existing project registrations system and mail archive was easily made.  Information can be  consulted and used via the GEDYS modules

Quick and easy transfer from ITF to GI7, with even more functions already included in the GI7 standard

The teams of BRO are working more effective. Less time for administration, better business insights  and more focus on work that really matters to customers
